The entire range of OPTAMIN products was developed with the purpose of ensuring a proper and complex way of water treatment through the action of a special composition, with great attention to the operating parameters of the plant, the water quality and construction materials for each different system.
Our products can combine the following properties and effects depending on the needed parameters:
- Surface passivization – Protecting metallic surface by layer formation – based on amines and polyamines capable to form a protection layer on the metal surface and inhibit the corrosion produced by the action of various gases and substances, without reducing the heat transfer at the surface of the metal;
- Scale inhibitors – react with water hardness in order to prevent calcium and magnesium deposits through the formation of soluble compounds;
- Dispersing agents – based on polyacrylates, that serve in controlling and dispersing the deposits and buildup scale from the plant, making them easy to remove by purging;
- Antifoam action – certain compounds to prevent foaming resulting from thermal deaeration;
- Oxygen & carbon dioxide corrosion control – added oxygen scavengers which consume oxygen and neutralize carbon dioxide, where levels are very high;
- Biocides – with a great impact on preventing the formation and destroying of microorganisms.
