What is made of?
OPTAMIN® is a complex blend of various components with precise ways of action on different parts of the system and on various substances causing corrosion and deposits: filming polyamines that keep oxygen and scale apart from system surfaces, polycarboxylates acting as dispersing agents of existing deposits, and volatile amines with a purpose in alkalinizing the entire plant.
Action method:
OPTAMIN products manifest themself through the formation of a continuous protective layer at the surface of any kind of material inside steam generator system. The layer acts an an obstacle for the water carrying gases and substances able to corrode ferrous surfaces and the actual surface liable to destruction. It is also a barrier against deposits of all kind even on non-ferrous materials inside systems increasing heat transfer and operation parameters.
- The products actively promote corrosion inhibition and passivization of metals.
